What to Expect

Tails of the City would love to meet you and your pets to arrange the services you require while away from your home. Won't you call us for more information and to schedule a pre-service interview?  We charge a one time registration fee of $25 for this pre-service visit. During the interview, we'll:

- Come to your home at a time convenient for you

- Give your pets a chance to "pre- approve" us

- Arrange all details, fill out and sign service contracts and pick up two copies of your keys. (For pet sitting assignments, key return is arranged per your instructions.)

We ask that you call to schedule an appointment 48 hours prior to the interview.

The $25 registration fee is non-refundable.
